The TECO T3rs, from the TEC3 series, is the tray former for plants that change format often. Adjustments are driven by brushless servomotors and sizes are recalled from digital presets: instead of setting the machine by hand, the operator picks the recipe and the machine positions itself.
It forms trays with reinforced corners and Citrus formats at up to 2,400 units per hour. Compared with the manually adjusted T3, it pays off when the line switches formats several times a day and every minute of downtime costs production.
