Compact 1-channel automatic hot-melt granule feeder Glutec My Feeder Cube. Features the patented Desmofeed separation and vibration technology, ensuring smooth flow even with tightly compacted granules. Equipped with a 90-liter stainless steel hopper, built-in dust filtration lid, 5-meter anti-static flexible suction tube, and micro-charge delivery up to 400 g/min. Maintains optimal melt tank levels on Robatech or Nordson systems, prevents adhesive thermal shock and cracking, eliminates nozzle clogging, and protects line operators from severe burn risks.

The Glutec My Feeder Cube does not form packaging: it feeds the gluing system. It transfers hot-melt glue granules from its own 90-litre hopper to the melter tank through a closed-loop pneumatic conveyor, so the level in the tank stays constant without manual refilling.
Transport reaches up to 10 metres in distance and 6 metres in height, so the hopper can sit in a convenient spot on the line, away from the melter. Operators no longer open the hot tank to top it up, and the glue is spared temperature swings; it runs on a 6 bar pneumatic supply.
