High-precision automatic tray former featuring glue-free self-locking interlocking technology. Equipped with a 4-cup robotic vacuum arm powered by independent venturi systems, pneumatic transfer carriage, adjustable squaring guide, and dual-station folding units. Specifically engineered for fresh produce, plums, tomatoes, and punnets with rapid format changeover via millimetric handwheels.

The TECO ST240 forms glue-free, self-locking trays: the blank is closed by interlocking tabs, so no hot-melt adhesive is needed and the tray stays pure cardboard, which is easier to recycle. Blanks are picked by an arm with four suction cups, each driven by its own venturi.
It runs up to 2,100 trays per hour with 4 kW of installed power. It suits packers who want to remove glue consumption and gluing-system maintenance altogether, for example for fruit such as plums; where glued trays with reinforced corners are needed, the T3 remains the alternative.
