Enquiries and quotations
The form collects your name, email, company and message to answer your enquiry. Web3Forms transmits these details for email delivery. Do not submit sensitive data. Pre-contractual requests rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b); business correspondence may rely on the legitimate interest in handling business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f). This form does not subscribe you to advertising.
Providers and external resources
Cloudflare provides hosting and network infrastructure; Web3Forms transmits the form; Frei’s email service receives enquiries. These providers may process technical and personal data outside the EEA. Their privacy information is linked below. Fonts and icons are hosted on this site. Google Maps and YouTube open through visitor-selected links or, for embedded media, after media consent.
Retention and security
Enquiries are retained as needed to handle correspondence and any business relationship, taking account of legal obligations and protection of rights. No automatic deletion on a fixed date is promised. Contact Frei to ask about applicable retention or request deletion. The site uses HTTPS, which is not a guarantee of absolute security.
Preferences and rights
The site stores privacy preferences locally. Google Analytics is not installed on the site. Optional media can be enabled or disabled using Privacy & Cookie. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability where applicable. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority.
