Automatic lid former for corrugated and solid board lids. Designed to operate in-line with tray formers or as a standalone station, applying hot-melt adhesive on all four corners to produce rigid, square telescopic lids.

The TECO CK01 is a lid former: the trays to be closed arrive on a conveyor, pass through the machine, and the CK01 forms and glues the lid directly onto the box, in corrugated or solid board. It sits downstream of a tray former such as a T2N or T3, or works as a standalone station.
It makes standard lids that protect the product in transit as well as lids designed to turn the pack into a point-of-sale display. It reaches 2,400 units per hour and handles a wide range of models, from industrial packing to retail.
