3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
Generating customized quotations for TECO tray formers, Robatech systems, and Glutec feeders, including physical carton folding trials in Merano.

4. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY
Technical proposals without purchase contracts are retained for 24 months before irreversible erasure. Invoices and commercial contracts are stored for 10 years in compliance with Art. 2220 of the Italian Civil Code. All systems employ TLS 1.3 encryption, secure cloud proxies (Cloudflare), and strict access role segregation.
5. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
Under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, you have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing.
